Abstract When applied to a stochastic process of interest, restart protocol alters the overall statistical distribution process’ completion time; thus, completion-time’s mean and randomness change. The explicit effect on is well understood, it known that: from perspective, deterministic protocols—termed sharp —can out-perform any other protocol. However, little randomness.
